Cancelation Policy for Trail Riding
– TRAIL RIDE booking is refundable in the form of a credit up to 24hrs before your scheduled ride, CREDIT must be used by the end of the calendar year. (Please note hunting season starts mid October which limits our rides to 1 hr)
– if you cancel under 24 hrs from your scheduled ride time, your booking payment is non refundable.

Please note, the payment we receive from our customers is the commitment that we are ok to go ahead and plan their ride as requested. Staff need to be scheduled, horses need to be assigned, equine health needs need to be met ie. farrier, tack, veterinarian etc… to ensure our guests have a memorable ride. 🐴🤠
Cancelation Policy for Campsites and Cabins Bookings
Booking payment for Campsites and Cabins are 75% refundable if cancelled up to 6 days prior to arrival date, but YOU can keep a credit with us as long as you re-book your dates in the same calendar year and only one change per booking. Once this change has been made booking payment is fully non refundable.
Cancelation 5 days or under the booking payment is non refundable and non transferable to an alternative date, but can be transferred to another guest for the same booking date.
